Trinity Episcopal "Old Swedes" Church is a historic church dating to 1703, located in Swedesboro, NJ.  The Trinity Music Ministry House is a one-year internship for up to four (4) young adults (ages 20-30) who are transitioning from college to a career and possess certain musical, audio/visual, and other talents critical to the success of Trinity’s daily and weekly ministry offerings. The internship is a ministry of Trinity Episcopal Church.

The internship duration is one year (July 15, 2022-June 30, 2023), during which interns will live in the Trinity rectory. During that time, interns agree to help with Sunday music and AV, meet weekly, and work on intern projects as developed by the group. Interns also agree to help with occasional parish events. Each house member will have a formal ministry job role within the organizational structure of Trinity. The collaboration between young adults in residence will benefit Trinity through specific offerings of ministry skill that the congregation does not currently possess (music ministers, AV ministers, youth ministers). In addition, all participants will also serve as after-hours in-residence caretakers for the church property. To facilitate this work, interns will be housed in the Trinity Parish rectory. Interns are asked to contribute $150/mo toward rectory utilities. 

Finally, interns will intentionally explore vocation through regular discussion, study, and reflection within the house community setting. This regular, ongoing exploration may be facilitated by the clergy at Trinity.
